Crafted in Japan and originally meant to be part of the main Fender catalogue, the Vista Series of Squier guitars were designed and released to embody and capture the zeitgeist of 90's Grunge/Alt-Rock.

Limited to just 6 models* and only produced for around 1 year, this extremely cool Venus model is not one that comes up for sale too often - particularly not in the rarest finish, Surf Green! (It is officially Surf Green, although it really hits the eye as more of a Seafoam Green if we want to get really nerdy about it.)

Famously played by HOLE frontwoman Courtney Love, the Venus is the most "out there" and versatile model in the range. This one is sporting some scars from some good clean fun (see pics) but in perfect working order and good overall condition for its age.
